ANDROID 12 - A Brand New Upgrade to more freedom and privacy

Android 12 Beta 1 version has been released in the Google I/O on 18th May 2021. There is a huge difference between Android 11 and Android 12. This includes the biggest design change in the history of Android. Everything has changed from colors and shapes to the entire experience. Everything has been changed in the Android 12 and it also looks more expressive and great. Android 12 includes tons and tons of new customization options. Moreover, Android 12 is more a kind of personal UI other than stock UI.

PERSONALISATION AND ANIMATIONS

Google claims that Android 12 has got the "Material You" design. "Material You" is a very simple but realistic design, with exciting features. 

Personalization is the big highlight on Android 12. It includes tons and tons of customization, which are seriously awesome.

More Personalisation Options

There are color palettes and custom widgets. The best part of Android 12 is that it can adapt colors according to the wallpaper set on the phone.

The notification shade looks new and upgraded and does not feel like a stock panel anymore.

Even the colors of the volume panel can be changed, which looks really awesome.

There are smoother animations on Android 12. The skins with Android 12 feel fast and snappier. It also brings newer animations like a big clock in the lock screen. 

The interactions between the UI and the user are made simple and efficient.

NEW DESIGN

The whole Software has been changed from Android 11. The software has tilted more towards the power-efficiency, so the battery lasts for a long time.

The Quick settings and the notification shade have got a big update. They look more aesthetic and premium with advanced features like notification toggle, privacy toggle, etc.

New Designs

The icon shapes are now more rounded which looks aesthetic. Though you can change the icon shapes from the settings menu.

The settings page has also changed with cool icons and colors on the left-hand side.

Android 12 also brings a lot of new features like One-Handed mode, which makes the phone quite handy and impressive. The One-Handed mode works perfectly with third-party apps also.

PRIVACY

Not only system UI or personalization, but privacy has also got a bigger update in Android 12.

Now you can see privacy options and app permissions under one hood called the "Privacy Dashboard".

You also got a privacy toggle on the notification shade where you will get to know if any app is using your camera or microphone.
